Once we assess the damage, we will provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged plants.

Provide a clear photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement plant of equal value.

Plants must be returned or exchanged according to our instructions.
Because plants are living products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
