  • Please provide a clear photo showing the issue.

  • Once we assess the damage, we will provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged plants.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Provide a clear photo of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement plant of equal value.

  • Plants must be returned or exchanged according to our instructions.

  • Because plants are living products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

  • Timely notice allows us to respond fairly and ensure your plant arrives healthy.
